By the name they gave you, it sounds like this is the fake process server scam. They'll tell you they have a document to deliver or serve you but that if you pay them today, they won't serve you. Except real process servers don't call in advance and they don't give you the option to pay your way out of being served. Block and ignore such calls if you can.

Same thing here but the message was for someone with my last name... who I've never heard of.

Didn't really leave what they ate calling me for.  Sound like a threat with message they left
