I believe this to be fraud

Got a call from private number did not answer. Listened to vm some guy named Angel stating he is from the process server division and needs to arrange a time to deliver time sensitive legal documents. I've never heard of a server calling ahead to schedule when you will be served. He went on to give me a 855-415-5854 number to call back with a reference number. They also called a family member and gave my address in her vm where they would serve me. When I called the 855 number back it rings 15 to 20 times and has a recorded message that says extension 110 is unavailable leave a message but then the recording says user box cannot accept anymore messages. I am hoping this is a scam because I know of no reason I would be served.

Yes, it's a scam. Real process servers don't call in advance and they don't give you the option to pay your way out of being served, which is what these scammers will tell you if you actually speak to them. Block and ignore such calls and tell your family to do it same.

They called my work cell phone and knew my name, I wonder how they got my info?
Someone sold them my work number?
I can see calling just the number hoping to scam someone, but they had my personal name, and my work phone is unlisted, and my voicemail message does not reveal my name.

They called my sister, said they tried to deliver a legal document and it came back unsigned. They left her a voicemail with the number 855 415 5854 and a file number for me to call stating there is a litigation against me which I know I have no case with anybody. I have not called the number because I believe they are scammers.

got the same call from a Rebecca Walters.. I answered and she said she wanted to verify I would be home and had my address and all.. She gave me the 855-360-7394 number and said she worked for a process verifiation something of pinellas.....   wanted to come to my home at 8-12 the next day.  I hung up on her once I had her contact name and infomration.. can not find any process verification ... or the number listed.. scam?  I think so too.

I tried searching  the Adamore Group and I don't see anything but a page that says they were horrible to work for and that they were debt collectors or similar

Got a private number call that left a voice message with 855-360-7394 to call back that somebody filing charges against my son. Scammer

Do not pay this company..They are calling to scare people into paying on "old debt" saying that if not paid they will take legal action. Or they say they already filed. This company is fishing to see who will fall for their scare tactics. Mr. Garcia refused to give me hos full name or address location hung up on me when I questioned him.
