Scam outfit.  They called trying to collect a fake debt.  Don't bother answering.

Telling owe a debt from many years ago not my signature on forms sent.........SCAM...
Wants me to do pymt plan to pay off debt,.........ridiculous

Claims to be an attorney serving civil litigation papers.   It's a scam, they're wanting to set up payments for bogus accounts from years ago.

What do we do

Received voicemail from this number. Said there was a complaint filed against me and I need to call back before legal action is taken... RIGHT!

I received a phone call yesterday from this number stating I owed a large amount.  I spoke to Andresl, I asked Daniel how much I owed and he stated an amount, he was very rude and when I asked for a supervisor I was "disconnected".  I called back and spoke to, supposedly, a floor manager,  Daniel and asked again how much I owed.  The amount INCREASED by $1000!  I again asked a few more questions and was told they could not give me that information that I had to go to court, which would cost me more money....

Damn scam artisit, where do they get all there info.  I told them I needed to see statements, signatures, etc. they claim they could produce them, I told them I had nothing else to say until I seen them.  Phone message was left on my VM and my ex-husbands VM that they were trying to serve me and without a phone call they would assume I was responsible and a court date would be set. Also wanted me to settle for 60% of what I owed right there over the phone to stop court proceedings  eeerrr that screamed scam. So glad I did reverse phone look up.  They claim to be Dean and Associates.

Called saying they would take action without my consent if I did not contact them back, about a complaint against me.
