So this number comes up as a Private Caller. Has been calling for over a week but would never leave a message. Finally today, they leave a message. They aren't even looking for me (big surprise). This is a total scam call. The person left a message for "Alfredo Martinez." They are claiming there is an action against this person and say that if there is no response by this person, they will be forced to make a decision without this person's consent. OK, fine. They're not looking for me anyway, so what do I care? They leave a call back number, and even go so far as to leave a reference number. Then they say, "Good luck." Complete and total scam.

Sorry, I'm just adding that I was wrong. They're not looking for "Alfredo Martinez," they're looking for Will Fredo Martinez." Now I know for sure it's a scam. This is the fifth year they've called for this guy and every year the scam is something different. Two years in a row they called claiming they were processing this guy's loan application for a car (from two supposedly different car dealers), then they called looking for him for another supposed loan application for something else. Then they started looking for him threatening action against him. Now again, this year, they're again looking for this non-existent person claiming action against him. However this time they don't say their name, their company's name, nor does the number come up on my ID like it used to.

This is the worst scam attempt ever! They are morons!

Hey, Elsie Calderon... Do your due diligence! You called my cell phone on February 1st at 1:07pm CST from 909-757-7730. You left a message for David Smith advising him that a complaint was filed against him and to call back within 48 hours or your company will be forced to make a decision without David's consent.  You said to call back to 855-415-7514 and to reference case #152354. Guess what, Elsie? David isn't able to come to the phone right now because it isn't his number!!

this number called trying to reach me saying there is action against me they leave this number and a reference number and says if they do not hear back from me they will be forced to take action without my consent. when they call it comes up unknown.
