I received a call from a private number, caller also called family member stating that a county process server could not serve my husband for a court hearing, left a message to contact a Anthony Morgan phone number 855-415-7605. My husband has not court hearing for anything

My mom just had the same thing. She called me frantically upset. I called the number it all seemed like a scam.

Same thing to my husband stating this is for AT&T and the gentlemen was very rude

Same thing happened to me but it was for my mother in law who happens to be the name on our caller ID said to call 855-415-7605 (supposedly a lawyers office) which when googled only this came up

Received a call, went to VM, listened to a man stating the same thing about a county process server unable to serve me legal papers and figured it was a scam. Googled the # and this came up.

Called stated my last names then stated that I need to contact the attorney's office because legal papers where sent to me and he stated they had returned for I had moved. The number was 855-415-7605

So this is a scam?

Both me and my husband received phone calls and voice mails from a woman named Tracy who claimed to be from county process office with undeliverable documents I called back a man named “MARK” answered who can not give me any valid information. This is a scam. Beware! A “REAL” firm will state it’s name of entity when answering phone calls. I called back 10 minutes later, the phone number can not be connected.

Scam call. This is 100% scam.

Received a call from this company claiming to be debt collectors and they had all my personal information already my social my work my address my driver lic. They asked me to verify this info I refused to verify it and they threatened to send a summons on a supposed debt that was created in 2006. I immediately called transunion and filed an identity theft claim. They will be notifying all major credit unions in 24hrs. I also filed a FCC identity fraud report with a legitimate government office. Watch out yall!! Transunion said scammers get your info thru data breaches and call trying to "verify" your info. Which I refused but it doesn't matter they already have everything they need to open accounts in my name.

Claiming the legal papers my county court office sent was returned.

Called about a what I wrote above...I called them and they told me it was for a hospital bill back in 2009. They wanted me to verify it was me by reading off my last 4 digits of my social. Not me... crazy thing they called my dad looking for me

Man called stating they had tried to serve a summons on my SO at our address in Los Angeles but were unsuccessful.  She was given the lawyer's name and "her" case number.  Lawyer's name was allegedly Mary Hall (no Mary Hall is an attorney in California) and the man allegedly on the phone was David Neal.  I called the number (855-415-9516) and the answering service is IVS - the VS stands for Voice Services, but I couldn't hear the I - identified myself as an attorney and they kept me on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up.  Not expecting to be contacted again.

Guy called saying I missed a court summons on a 00000000 number that already said likely scam but I was waiting for a call from my doctor so I answered. He told me to call (855) 415-9853 and to speak to a Anthony Morgan. Haven't called it dont plan on it. They also gave me a case number

Woman called didn't identify herself, asked that I call Attorney James Harris at 855-415-9853 as they couldnt serve papers to my job today concerning claim # GXC1312042CR . I told her to bring the papers out; that I was here Mon through Fri , 8 to 5- she asked if I was in HR ; I replied that I am; she said should couldn't because of my position and that they would need someone higher up in the Company. I told her to please deliver to my immediate supervisor, the VP of the Company and gave her his name - she said that they don't normally deliver to someone place of employment - they prefer private residence (which is odd - because they claimed they tried to deliver to my job today and couldnt).   I told her I'd wait for the documents. Caller also stated that this was a case filed in my county of residence - I've contacted my county courthouses and my State's Courthouse - there are no cases against me. I've run criminal background on myself as well as my credit history.  All are clear.

Said they were a processor from Hennepin county trying to serve me

Just received this sane call. Glad I googled this. Hate these people, I shouldn’t have a court date for anything. These scammers need a real job

Same, restricted number, out of Jefferson County, couldnt serve me, criminal case being filed out of attorney Anthony Morgan office....but HEY!! they updated theyre number..I was to call 866-948-4795...said case was for debt over 2000$....told lady (paregal🙄)... "well wont u be feeling all sorts of ignorant cause I don't have a credit card.hung
