I was called from this number and they had the last 4 of my social security number. They said I had a old account with Sprint and they taking me to court. Never had a Sprint account. Beware this is a new scam. They also have one claiming to be PCH (publisher clearing house).

My husband received a  call from this number telling him he had an old credit card account from Citibank tore my disabled husband up said they were taking him to court unless he paid x amount

Call went right to voicemail. Said they sent papers regarding Elder Robert Hardy to a Cobalt address regarding claim filed against him. Said they were not able to get a signature and my number was left as a way to contact him. Asked for me to contact him and gave a claim number. I don't know such a person. They said they were a claim processing center for a firm.

They keep calling my daughter looking for me. saying there is a civil complaint about me. gave my daughter a Id # to give to me

They keep calling private and tell me I need to call this number to take care of a complaint made against me with Cleveland county and that if I don't pay they will be to my home in the next 40 minutes to arrest me I called the number and they cuss you when you don't give them your credit card info I also called Cleveland county and they say it's a scam because Cleveland county doesn't make phone calls they send you out a letter

Said it was a civil complaint and they had missed service. No such firm. According to this thread they are trying to be many people to scam anyone out of money. Call came up as NO CALLER ID. The girl said her name was Morgan Williams.
