They called my daughter claiming they were trying to serve me papers an I wasn't responding. I only had 2 hours to call them back or I was going to have to appear in court. I called back and talked to a girl who claimed that they were a collection agency for the Sprint company (which I have never had an account). She said they were going to reduce the amount I owed on this bill if I made the payment today. If I didn't make the payment, I would have to go to court. I called Sprint and asked about it and they have no record of an account.  They had a lot of my personal information.

They called my mom (asking for me by my married last name, and I've been divorced for years), stating that someone had filed a complaint and I had to call back within 2 hours.  If I didn't call back within 2 hours, then my case would go ahead without me being present.  My mom was given a case #:  DJC1493 and was told to have me reference that number when I called back.  She told them, "well you can call her yourself, she works for Judge ______".  When she said that, they hung up immediately.  When I called the number (from my office), it went to a voice mail for Harlow and Associates.  I did not leave a message.  I got online to find out about the number, and was able to see Michelle's post above, and thought it would be good to idea to add my story to it, so everyone else can learn from it, too.

I had almost a combination of the two above stories above told to me , case number, 2 hours to call back, I asked the person calling her name and she said Rose Johnson !!!!

I also just received the same call, for my son. When I said he did not live here and that I may not see him in a while she said well he has two hrs to respond. Or we will have to serve him a summons and he would have to pay additional fees. She hung up rather quickly, so I got to wondering if this was for real or not.  According to the messages above it is not.  

I received a call from 407-505-6511 from a some one named "Justin Collins"? Sounds like a made up name. He said I had a complaint and need to go go court, asked him more about it and said I needed to call 855-420-8249 when I called, a lady answered asked me for the case# they have given to me. She said she needed to verify my last 4 digits of my social and my birth date.. I told her I won't give her my number that I can verify what she has since my name is a common name she didn't want to verify the last 4numbers but she gave me the last 2, which were not mine so I told her is not me.

I just got the same call. They called my dad first gave him a case I'd number to give me for wen I call. I've been thru scams before so I googled this number and I wasn't surprised to find it a ficticious firm of criminals scamming people

This people are trying to get a hold of me as well,told my mom there is a complaint filed against me and they have papers to be served to me. When you get served papers they do not warn you.scammers all the way. I will not be calling but I'll be waiting for my papers!!

Got a call from phone # 407 504 6511  claiming that there was someone filing a legal case against me and that I should call #855 420 8249  and ask about a certain case number.    Obviously a scam.....  what an idiot !

They called me and said i have been served to call the 855 number and we did. We verified my wifes last 4 and then they knew her whole social and all her info. She said we owed money to us bank. My wife had a old bill from them but we paid it off in 2011.  Then they said my wife had a judgement in california. Wow at least im not the only one.  I just wonder how they had her info.  This happened on april 30th this year
