This gets better by the minute. By now it is just humorous to speak with them. They left a voicemail saying I was being warned of an arrest at my home and employer for some debt I paid off 4 years ago. I think the only thing they have that works in their fake office is a means of taking a payment which would probably be the only way to bust them through a bank trace. So the call came from 330-476-7606 Carrollton, ohio and the number to call was 855-423-6529,both numbers went to an African American woman based out of Atlanta, Georgia MSG Litigation. She named herself Carlie Threatt lol. I gave her information on who took a settlement for the debt in question and also told her nicely that if I kept getting harassed that I would pay the money to have them arrested. You can't harass me my family and my elderly parents for a punka** $245 you want to pocket before Christmas. She also gave me a fax number  to send documents to 888-277-9751. Basically what they do is setup in a residence, purchase a phone robot service and search the internet for your information or purchase it cheap. The phone numbers look legit but are not. Don't fall for it and do not give them anymore information than what they already have about you. Step in Mr Trump and fix this for the American people.

Same as above i have had two calls this week one was listed as coming from Germany. Threatening me with warrants and contacting my employer. But only after i call and confirm they have the correct information for such :-)  Don't give them any info. He never left the name of his company in his calls just process division.

Continue to call and threaten about legal action and contacting my employer.  This is unacceptable and the law firm this individual is referring to should be addressing this issue.

This number called my seldom used Google Voice account and left a message saying to call this number with the name of someone I don't even know!  No company ID given and they didn't give a reason why they were calling.

They called for my father 5+ times in the last week & gave a different # every time to contact them back. 2 of them were out of service & when I spoke to the other 3 none of them would give me the nature of what their business is used for. Most definitely a scam.

Called several times on my land line and cell. Left message that they were debt collectors and will seek legal action at my employer and home. But left no collector info. We have called them back and asked them to leave us alone that this is a scam but that did no good.

Received the same message as the above recipients from someone claiming to be in the Process Division calling for information  about my place of business and home address if I don’t call to rectify today I will be served, I must call the above number and clear this matter today or I will be served with court documents. The caller is extremely rude threatening and  hostile in his voice and I hope and pray these people stop harassing people because they think it’s fun! Please quit harassing me!

Caller isn’t even a person. It’s a recording with a robo to do the name and number. Calling for my husband. When I do call the number, they say they are Allied Mediation Services. But no one actually answers the phone. Goes to a voicemail or something. They are calling family members and it’s really annoying!!

They keep calling and saying my husband will be arrested for debt if some kind. When I call back to get details, very rudely said it was his business and he would be going to court if he didn't contact someone.

This is an absolute scam, do not give these people the time of day. I've gotten 3 messages from them in 5 days using my mother in law's name and all say this is her last chance.

Over the course of a week, I received 3 differently recorded calls telling me their client is willing to rectify the situation if I call them "today."  Otherwise I will be summoned to appear in court.  The last recording said that it was their final attempt to reach me, and wished me good luck.  Other than a bankruptcy more than 10 years ago, we haven't defaulted on anything and haven't been late with any payments on our existing loans.  I'm only posting this because the most recent posts were dated in 2018, yet they are still making these calls.

I actually called them back asking questions.  They said my husband owed from a loan back in 2018. I told them he didnt appreciate them calling him.  I told him he definitely does not owe them money and not to call back. He got mad and hung up on me. LOL Hopefully the calls stop or I will have an attorney friend of mine call. This crap just infuriates me.

They are calling now from local numbers to make it look more legit and then when they email you the paperwork it refers back to 855-423-6529

I got the same phone call. When you don't answer or hang up on them they get really mean and nasty and threaten you. I called an attorney who said not to send any money this is a scam.

I am tired of these people calling me being rude and trying to get money they are frauds and someone need to do something about them.
