Yes!!!!!!!!!  They called me saying that I was going to be picked up or some papers delivered or something and I don't even know who it is!!!!!!!  Did they tell you the same thing?

Yes, they just called.  The ladies name was Megan Young.  She said that she had papers to serve me at my verified home address.

These people call me three and four times a day.   Man named Fred Woods and a woman named Megan Young calls.

Fred woods just called me stating he wanted me to verify my address because he had documents to serve me.  He claimed he was in my area and when I asked the location so that I could meet him he came up with a stupid excuse as to why he could not do so.  Do not give these individuals any personal information.  This is a scam.  When I called the number he provided along with a case number they want your personal information but refuse to give you their address. Always record your conversations to these people. Please read the Fair Credit Debt Act.  Know your rights! Their threats of of legal documents being served against you is illegal and can be sued.

Same here. Calls come in with restricted number and vm left to call 855 441-6194 threatening and harasssing. Saved vm  for local Police to listen to and Attorney General's office in my area. Won't give you any information but just keep calling and threatening. Each time they call record, if my attorney or the AG's office can locate them they can be sued.  DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAMMERS any information, empty threats. Any reputable agency will give you and address, all they say is The Firm, must have gotten it from the Tom Cruise Movie.

I got a call from a "locator" while at work today, from phone number 910-778-2650. She said her name was Kristen Jones, but she had an obvious foreign accent.  She said she had some documents that she needed to deliver to me at my home or job and gave me 1-855-441-6194 as the phone number to call to direct any questions too and gave me a case number.  First of all, if this person is a "locator," why would they know a "case number?"  So I called the number she provided (see above) and gave the agent, Randy Mendoza, the case number.  He works for a company he called "United Firm."  He also has a distinct foreign accent.  I was informed that, Vince Enterprises, Ltd, and online payday loan company has a case against me and that documents would be delivered to me at my home or place of employment.  Randy Mendoza gave his direct extension as 309.  This payday loan apparently is from 2010.  Anyone else have this issue?

A woman Called me named Tonia Watson, claiming to be a locator representing a company called United.Said she had papers to give me. I began to question her. I asked who, what and why?I told her I was home now and she said to call United first, she will be calling me back in 30 minutes.She wouldn't give me any information either.She gave me this number for United. [855-441-6194] I Googled the number and found out that this Tonia Watson may also be running a scam to get information. Don't owe any one called United any money!

this happened to me also. yesterday a lady named megan young called me saying she needed to verify address to serve papers for charges against me. this is bs. she gave me the number 8554416194 to call. when i called them they had an old address i used to live at and a company that i had a payday loan from in the past but it was since paid off.. when i asked for a fax number to fax the settlement letter he could not provide one. this i s a scam. megan yound is calling from 2675440159 leaving threatening vm on my phone. i do not owe anyone any money. do not let these ppl get to you with their threatening tone. i dont even know how they got my current cell number..these peple are slick . be carefule

I got the same call from Megan young telling me to call this number 18554416194 I called that number some Guy name George telling me that if I don't give them money they wore going to serve me some papers I ask for there address he said that he don't have it they keep calling my work harrassing me Megan young called me from this number 2402484151 can anybody respond to this message.

yeah i had just ot a call from that number also, little did they know my father works for the Sherriffs office special crimes unit. well i called him and ave them the number and he called acting like he was me, well when he told them who he actually was they hung up. so he dialed them back a dont and got no answer and put them on the scam list for our county. so this is a scam , dont give them any info call your local police department if the number is local to your area.

these people are calling managers where i work and leaving message calling my desk leaving message. They leave a claim number and told me this is my notice that i will be served.

Been getting calls from (910)778-2650 & the lady said her name was Diane Fox and she's a locator trying to serve me some papers that she couldn't even tell me what they was for. Said I needed to call (855)441-6194 & then they will call her to stop the process. They called themselves United. Talking about after its paid they would send me a email letting me know it's been paid. Now what legit company does that. They been calling harassing my grandparents when I don't answer my cell. I just wish they would stop it.

These people called me today from a 402-260-5174 number then stated all the claims that others have already posted of having documentation to serve me etc, etc..I argued with the guy (who had an obvious foreign accent) for about 15 minutes getting nowhere. He threatened to come to my place of employment and that they are going to charge me with a serious charge if they dont serve me. Found out the same people are calling 3 of my other relatives threatening them as well! They gave me some bogus case number and the phone number 855-441-6194 to call back to. I attend to report these people for harrassing me as well as report this to the BBB. Absolutely ridiculous..DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY INFORMATION THEY ARE A PHONY SCAM TRYING TO STEAL YOUR IDENTITY! Lucky for me i seen the dateline special on lowlifes like this!

Claim to be United by their phone number recorded voice Identification. They are calling asking for a family members information.  They refuse to say if they are attempting to collect a debt and call themselves a pre-litigation firm.

Yeah United and some rude lady named Tonia , I got a call today, really my parnets who passed the information to me because they left "a very nasty message" on there phone, telling them I had chrages on me, a case number and were going to arrest me. Well, like all parnets began to worry and called my sibilings also who  texted me about it. I told them not to worry and I can't be arrested for a civil matter so whatever case they have on me its a lie. I came home and googled the number 855-441-6194 and BAM!!! My exact story from others. Becareful folks, the scammers are at it again....Peace

The other common name used by these "collections" shakedown rackets is "Corporate".

The scripts are always designed to disclose as little as possible, while attempting to play up their "legitimacy" or "officialness", all with nothing to back up the alleged "debt" or "lawsuit" claim.

Vince Enterprises, Ltd appears in other complaints, associated with shakedown collections.
In particular, they show up in a thread reporting related payday lenders and debt collectors with reports of fraudulent charging and loan "cramming", faking loans by depositing money without consumer agreement, then using that as a pretext to keep taking money out forever until the consumer gets their bank to shut down the account.

They just started up, yet immediately they are using lots of aliases.
Probably not very secure about having their cover blown.

That would be consistent with working phony "payday loan debt" fabricated through loan "cramming".
It requires this "special handling" while hiding behind anonymity.

I have one even better...they called my parents house asking for my deceased father.  When my mom gave the message I screwed up and called from my office, now Jenna WHite has been blowing up my work phone and said she will be here in 30 minutes.

Fred Woods called my work and spoke with my boss stating I had charges filed against me. My boss tried to question him re: what kind of charges. He told her it was a personal matter, when she asked him why he was speaking to her about it he hung up! Also, he called my direct extension at my work three times this afternoon. This man is threatening and harassing and I will be reporting this man/company as soon as I gather more information.
