- CWG40Claimed to be in Arizona. Wouldn't give me any more information. That (855) number is supposedly a switchboard operator. Clearly not a public agency of any kind.

This is a scam, do not return any calls at all: Spoke once to them and they said they are Vision for Pretrial...... what a scam!!! Do not fall for it.

Some Tips:
*Keep all messages
*Take a picture of your Caller ID
*Keep any and all conversations recorded to your states recording laws, some require they be told, others do not. This can be transferred to a recording device.
*Keep a notebook handy for writing time,date, who you spoke with and what the conversation detailed.
*Check your SOL for your state as well.
*Attorneys need to be licensed as a DC to collect, all DC's must be licensed in their state as well as yours if different.

Either way i see it this way, i wont pay them unless they show proof and i cant believe others just live on here to show me how to get out of a bill. Get a life both sides
