SAYING LEGAL DOCUMENT SERVICE NEEDS STATEMENT IF NONE GIVEN THEY WILL ENTER ONE.....? BILL COLLECTOR I THINK

Called me on 4/17/2015 looking for my mother in law and was giving me her personal information over the phone

Claimed to be in Arizona.  Wouldn't give me any more information.  That (855) number is supposedly a switchboard operator.   Clearly not a public agency of any kind.

Clearly some sort of debt scamming operation.  They are changing CIDs right and left.

Constantly getting calls from all over from RI, MO , AZ etc...... Scamming you into using your last 4 digits of SS to say they are serving you documents and are procecuting me etc...... This is a scam, do not return any calls at all:  Spoke once to them and they said they are Vision for Pretrial...... what a scam!!! Do not fall for it.

Just called, trying to serve me papers, and will file a notice of failure to appear in court??

***A company must be licensed in their state as well as the one they are trying to collect in if two different states are involved.

Some Tips:
*Keep all messages
*Take a picture of your Caller ID
*Keep any and all conversations recorded to your states recording laws, some require they be told, others do not. This can be transferred to a recording device.
*Keep a notebook handy for writing time,date, who you spoke with and what the conversation detailed.
*Check your SOL for your state as well.
*Attorneys need to be licensed as a DC to collect, all DC's must be licensed in their state as well as yours if different.

Funny how i get a call regarding an old bill yet wont provide info. When i got on this website, then i see low lifes posting ways to get out of it.  Either way i see it this way, i wont pay them unless they show proof and i cant believe others just live on here to show me how to get out of a bill.  Get a life both sides
