Trying to deliver a fax

Trying to deliver "fax documentations". . . .most likely another scam.

Phone our office for a former employee, when i phone them to get the number removed from their list, they were very rude to me. No reason for that the employee was not authorized to give out our number.

Recording states:  "Hello, my name is Heather Sanders in reference to a Fact Order Delivery.
This is the final attempt for proper delivery of these documentations."

I used SpyDialer to check the number and of course it's unavailable.  Site stated there's numerous reports of SPAM call from this number.

Calling for somebody else [***] WAS VERY RUDE
CALL ME ONE MORE TIME AND I WILL SUE FOR HARRASSMENT.

I received a call from "Unknown" and was greeting with this recorded message:
"Hello, my name is Heather Sanders in reference to a Fact Order Delivery."

Call regarding final attempt for delivery of documents. Says they are trying to serve me lol.

Also received harassing scam call .... when are these people going to be prosecuted.

Called 11 times saying all same as above ^

I had the same thing happen to me.. they said I have a lawsuit against me and thatif I don't settle with them I will have to go to court. for what?

Just called 855-442-7428, they said there company name was UBS Legal Firm, and they gave me some case number. When I started asking questions she told me I just need to listen and started to get rude. I am going to call them back and tell her that if they call my work or home again I am going to call the federal trade on them.

They keep on calling my work and do not say why are calling me.  I have asked every time to removed this number but they keep on calling. Very rude people on the phone.

Ongoing debt scamming operation.  No idea where they are located.   I'm thinking somewhere on the Eastern Seaboard but I really don't know.

 Just because someone on the phone calling you says you owe a debt does not mean you actually owe it.

If a voice on the telephone claims you owe a debt:

1.    Demand the person give you his or her name, company name, and address
2.     Demand a debt validation letter by US mail.  E-mail no good.
3.    Do not pay  the collection agent or anyone else a  dime until the debt is validated

Of course they won’t do this, no scammer ever will, so simply ignore them and block their calls.

If they are bothering you, report them:

If they continue to bother you,  and you know you do not owe any money, tell them that you know this is  a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion.  Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the  file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.   Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.

You'll probably have to yell at them and talk over them.
You have to get tuff with these people because,  being akin to thugs, brute force is (metaphorically speaking),  the only thing they understand.

They keep calling saying I'm being sued for theft by disception and when I ask for what the person gets rude. I told them if they continue calling I will file harassment charges. Told them to call my attorney and gave them the number yet they wouldn't speak when I tried to talk to them. I'm letting my attorney deal with these ASSHAT'S!!! Had either these same people or another group try the same thing a year ago. Called my attorney then and was told it's a scam and to ignore them, but if they call again to call my attorney back. So here I go again.

Asked ALex ST Joye not to call my work number at 1:14 pm today.  Was informed that his company did not have to go by that request.  Would not tell me name of company...received a call at work at 3:28 using a local number this time with same number to call back

got the same message told that they will continue to call job after asking now 3 times to stop

Tell me i owe a debt legally obligated to pay them 450 dollars now

A phone call, email or text message from a supposed debt collector is not legally sufficient evidence of debt.

The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) includes statements such as this:

Every collector must send you a written “validation notice” telling you how much money you owe within five days after they first contact you. This notice also must include the name of the creditor to whom you owe the money, and how to proceed if you don’t think you owe the money.   ["Written" means snailmailed - US Mail ... not emailed or texted]

Therefore, if that caller wants you to pay immediately, before you get the written validation notice via snailmail, or if the caller wants payment via Green Dot, MoneyGram, Western Union, prepaid gift card or other untraceable means, then the call is definitely not legitimate.

Get a call stating all the same things you all have said. Very annoying. I have had scammers in the past try to scare me and even have called my work. How they get my information is scary. I wish it would just stop.
