they keep calling my job, my family me, I don't owe any pay day loans. I reported them to my attorney they keep hanging up on them. have now reported them to the ftc and attorney general and they are still calling. what else can I do can I report it to the cops this is harassment and they can notify me in writing if I owe them any debt. but I doubt it

Got a call from these idiots claiming i opened a loan for $600 in 2012 and now owe $4800 in interest fees.  Said they were going to prosecute me for theft by check and some other frauds that didnt make any sense.  Was very rude.  When i asked them to explain where this came from, she said that was a rhetorical statement.  Obvious scammers.

bottom feader debt collectors working an old BMG debt portfolio for 2011. Claiming they will be contacting my HR department for garnishment. Funny thing. I'm disabled and live in TX. You can't garnish wages in TX. Do they really think people will fall for this? SMH

They are a scam!  As soon as you ask for their mailing address and say you have an attorney who would like to work with them - they either hang up on you - or get really testy.  Blow them off.  Scam scam scam!!!

Said they need to send Patricia a fax document, when Patricia questioned Heather Sanders at BUS, she became rude and began yelling.
