The fact that person posted here in 2016, 3 years ago, and the fact that they posted the exact same post 3 times under a different screen name each time tells me that you were certainly scammed if you actually did call that phone number.

Just saw a Time/NatGeo unwanted subscription on my MasterCard.  Called 877-817-6515, got an automated system with nice female voice and in perfect English it offered me options to continue the mag or completely cancel.  i completely canceled and was told it would take 1-2 business days to cancel.  So glad others had the same experience and gave good advice and phone #.  Vioce also gave a case ref #, so I'll see what hapens.
Another choice would be to call/fax your credit card company and dispute the charge if it shows on your credit card statement.

Well, the latter would have been the best solution.  I doubt anything is going to get "cancelled".  For starters if you did not sign up then why are they billing you?  Obviously this is a crooked operation, and crooks never, ever honor your wishes.

13 2020 a withdraw from my Checking account ,the survey last year said nothing about automatic renewal. The charge was just three bucks in my account but I rec. no notification.

I saw this charge of $45 .00 and I never order magazines. I don’t spend my money like his it a Vogue . I will call the bank and report fraud.
