This is the call-back number the liar from the "Arbitration Group" left me.  It just leads to a company directory but doesn't even state the name of the business.  They left a message stating they were serving me with a summons for a criminal and civil charge and I "had better be available" at the time he stated.  He also said "I have your employer information too so I will show up there if you are not at home."  He also stated if I wasn't here to provide my id and take the info, I would have a warrant issued for my arrest.  Really?  How does THAT work?  You don't get a bench warrant because you aren't present to receive a summons.  I don't even know which address he thinks I'm at.. Moron.
What an idiot.  I haven't worked since 2010.  

This number just called my job looking for me and told my co-worker the same thing.  I have no idea who they are. But when I called the number they left, it said they weren't open and to leave a message. I will contact the state atty gen ofc to report this.

You don't even have a job?? HAHA jokes on them. They'll never find you and they're never going to get paid. If they're even looking for money. You might want to call you local county though just to be sure you don't have something really going on. Did you try calling them back to find out what it's even about? that would scare the crap out of me if someone called me with a message like that. I've had a police officer looking for me before but it wasn't even for me thank god.

These people called me. I actually wrote a reply to the guy above and then I called them back just to see what it was. I found out that someone was reporting a bad check against me. They gave me the person's number and it's my old land lord. They gave me the number to check systems also to call and remove the report after I call the landlord and pay him the check amount. They never said anything about a warrant, but I looked up bad check laws. http://www.ckfraud.org/penalties.html .. check out that site. I didn't know writing a bad check was so serious. Good thing I do have a job and I can take care of this.
