855-455-6853 just called our business. Caller ID came up as "800 Service". Female caller with a very raspy voice named Sydney claimed to be calling from a company called Merchant Services Review and that they handled our Credit Card Processing. Guarantee you that they don't. Just yet another scam credit card processing outfit. She even asked for the former, now deceased almost 4 years, owner by name. Knew it was going to be a scam call right there, and it was. Hung up on her and blocked the number.

Why would you need a copy of our billing statement to give us an arbitrary rebate for a fee that I have never seen billed in regards to our PCI compliance.  That is taken care of through our merchant account.  Nice try raspy voice Cindy.  Don't be taken by here.

Nice sounding lady who's name I didn't catch.  She wanted me to email my Square statement to 1670@msrfees.com

I called Square who indicated it was a scam.  She called this morning again and hung up on her when I nicely let her know that Square had alerted me that they had no affiliation.  I wrote her this morning that she should find a new job :)

She hung up on me....I didn't hang up on her...

Same thing happened to me only she went by another company name.

Donna called and said it is illegal since Covid 19 to be charged more that 1.5% on my credit cards and she could get almost $300 returned to me from my current merchant account. She wants copies of my merchant statements.

Deborah just called me.. I fell for it.
