The company claims to be a ligitgation firm and refuses to give out any of the lawyers names without you paying $359.00 dollars.  They refuse to give me their address so I could mail them a check.  They are rippoff artists.

They have violated Federal Law, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, by refusing to provide the information you requested.  If they call again, demand that information and if they refuse tell them they are in violation of Federal Law and they can be sued.  Also report the calls to your State Attorney General's Office and tell them you are doing so.

4/21 7:57 AM Received a 64 minute call. I didn't hear the call. Will be sure to try to ans. next time see who is on the line. I live in an Airstream mostly Alum. Trailer so the phone may have been out of window range that early in the morning.

How could you have a 64-minute call if you didn't answer? Do you mean that the voicemail was that long?

I received a call from this number on 03-17-20 @ 2;36pm. It was a call from "viasat" telling me that my credit # that they had on file was invalid. I knew that because my CC# had been compromised the last weekend. That CC# was cancelled and I got a new one this morning. I called this same number back and took care of my discreptancy on an automated system with "viasat". My bill has been paid, and I have no problem with this number!
