ms. mckenzie from oakwood ,called an threatened me with court papaers being served to me ,i am in agreement with a debt consolidation co to work these debts out,but i was threatened verbally

They called my sister-in-saw stating I used her for a reference which was not true....and when returned the called I spoke Ms. Hodges.and  when began asking for their mailing adrress she got made and would not give me the info..........and rudely hang up.

Her name was miss poole told me if i dont give her 1000 im going to jail is there something  we can do i have a compliant i want to sue those people

Kelly, Miss Pool,  shows up all over this board threatening arrest, jail and shooting your dog if you don't pay.  Miss pool is sometimes Mrs. Watson and her supervisor is Mr. pool. It is a scam game and a half.  Tell her to validate the alleged debt, in writing, via usps. Include businees name, physical and mailing address,  local phone number.  If she refuses or says she doesn't have to,  she is a scammer and violating the FDCPA act.  Tell her to go to ----.  As far as sueing her, you'd need to contact a civil attorney but it's doubtful since these creeps are hidden and spoof calls.
