It was a guy by the name of Mike Sharp threatening to sue me if I don't settle with them.  If i do settle it reset the clock on old debts that pretty much gives d-bags like these legal course to sue you.

Asked for address said calling from AFS. Needed address verified to sent a courier to serve papers.

It is also a scam targeting elderly and people for SS# and bank information. So please do not give out this information. Does not provide legitimate website. And spells out address of 300 Spectrum Drive Suite 400 Irvine CA. Also number on letter head does not match number below person.

You're clear on this is a scam, right?  Ignore and block the jerks.  Besides, couriers deliver stuff, they do not serve papers.  Especially papers that don't exist in the first place.  Be Safe, Be Strong!
