They called 5 times in a row left 2 mesages saying I was gonna get served by Saturday moring,keep in mind I got scamed before. Another thing to do is call your attorney general office and have them check the # you have to recieve papperwork in the mail before you,get served papers,basically a final warning.

they will have to come out to your home or your job to get you serve.. a summons can not be mailed. check your state laws

Keep trying to make me pay money on a loan and they want give any information about they company so that I could make sure they're not a scam. But I know that they are. SCAM!!!!!!!!

This number (855-465-4175) just calledy sisters cell phone and left a message saying they were from a check fraud department.  My sister said she was an American woman and she didn't leave specifics about the issue.  She just stated that I needed to contact them back @ the number above to try and rectify the situation.  The actual number that this woman called from was a blocked unknown number so my sister didn't answer it.

yes they end up coming to my job and i was so embarrass, my boss was upset but i will go to court and see if i can explain what happened..UGH

Call Back .....just getting a the run around......threaten that bad things would happen( served, court, jail) if I did not pay them monies to rectify the situation.  Said I owe monies on a loan that was not paid back.  Funny thing is I have never take out a loan.  What a scam!!!

called and said they were a process server for the state of michigan.  Which makes you thing they work for the state of michigan which they don't.  Said I owed money on a online loan from years ago. Said they would serve me with a summons if i didn't call them up today.  They are trying to play hardball with me after years ago i denied knowing anything about this situation.  I will go to court and fight this.

This number called my ex-husbands cell number, how they got that I don't know and said a summons would be filed on 12/15/2012 for check fraud.  I neither use nor write checks.  I don't know who these people are or where they are from.  I received another scam from kentucky saying the same and had a copy of a check for $1,000something.  I took that right to my local police precinct and they told me not to pay nothing it was a scam.  They also said I was also known by my ex-husbands last name which I have not used since we have been divorced for 18 years.  I would like to know how in the hell they got his cell number.  I'm trying to get these people stopped.  I've read all of your complaints and know how upsetting and sickening this makes me feel and I know all of you.  Tomorrow I'm calling my states consumer protection dept, I also put in a complaint with the FTC.

Yeah I just got a message from this number from a James Cameron who said he was a service processor for the state of Washington. He had a southern accent. He was calling for Ben Garod inquiring about a Marla Garod who is apparently being investigated for fraud. They told me to contact Kimberly Thomas at ext 310, and they gave me a case number and everything. I was going to call back to let them know they had the wrong number in case it was important, but I didn't want to let them know it was an active number if it was just a scam. I'm glad I came and checked!

called to set up payments on a loan that I owe they had all the info.made 2 payments said that they have a case filed against me that was going to court .
