This person was posing as Time Warner and asking how much our bill was. If he was from TW he would know!

Why do you ask for my name?  That just makes me suspect that you are part of the scam.

Yeah, these [***] are identity thieves posing as Time Warner Cable. Checked with TWC and this is NOT one of their numbers!!

They've Called Multiple times this week no voicemail..  Obviously if it was important then they would have left a message. It looks like a scam to me. I've never had timewarner call me

Also received (two) calls this week (so far).  Did not answer.  They left no message.

These are thieves posing as time warner cable reps.

Just received a call from this number and there wasn't a voicemail left. Like others on here have said...if it was important then you would think they would leave at least a number or something. If they call again I'm gonna just tell them that I don't have Time Warner(if that is what it is for like I have read on here). I want to see what they say. I will post on here again if I get the call and let you guys know what happened. Others should try this also to see what they are told. My guess is that if I do this that they will hang up on me. Maybe we will find out ; )

Thanks for asking Time Warner. I thought of asking if I was able to talk to these guys but now that is not necessary because you have already done it!  =)

3 calls in 2 days, no answer, no message

Just called the number back with *67 as the prefix so my number came up Unknown/Restricted or whatever it comes up as. The recording said that it was the Time Warner Cable promotions department and to hold for a representative. The rep asked for my name to better assist me...or steal my identity rather, haha. I just hung up. Will wait for the call again.

I heard that if you keep pressing # over and over it confuses their computer. Not sure if it works but worth a try,

Called back the 18554655164 number today and they asked for my number, I gave them the number they were calling and they were trying to sell me TWC Digital Home Phone for 19.95 a month. I told them I had a better deal through broadvoice and they said ok thank you for your time and hung up. Hopefully now the calls will stop... grrr
