Calls from a restricted # as the last time this guy called and threatened me I reported him to the Police and his Phone #.  Leaves a message hell be bringing me paperwork to sign on the 14th if I don't call this # back before than.  Yesterday called and did not leave a # just saying he had paperwork for me.  No details on what it is, but from past experience the guy is a SCAM Debt Collector threatening with warrants and jail time.

Just got a message from this moron too.  I will be reporting Mr. Rizzo (great name by the way) to the proper authorities.

I'm glad to hear that I'm not the only one who is annoyed with this guy. He has called me twice in 2 consecutive days and said the same thing: that he was coming to my house to give me papers to sign. Thank you Michele and Heather for your info. I will contact the police and give them his name and number. He should know better harrassing people in their homes. I know my rights.

I just received message from the same guy. He said we spoke Fridsy, but i didn't get a call. I would remember, i write everything down. He stated he will bring the paperwork to my home on the 19th for me to sign. I'm worried seeing you are reporting him to the police. I'm going to report today, 19th is tomorrow.

REAL process servers do NOT WARN you if they are coming.  This is a scare tactic!  ( I also doubt you were called on Friday too!)

I got 2 calls in 2 days block saying he need to meet with me to sign papers when I start asking for what he keeps saying to call that some number his name was Michael Russo if he shows up out of no we're I will be asking him to wait why I call the cop to check out the papers befor anything

Funny to say the day I posted this he stop calling and everything he has not come by its a scam people

Call with the same thing saying he has papers for me to sign but when I called the number is just rang. If it was real they would have answered with a company name.

Got the same message. Will be calling the police today to file a report. Thanks for the heads up.
