Am retired and 83 year old female!  I don't use debit cards and have never had a bounced check or anything in collections!  Scammers, leave me alone!

Just keep getting this call saying that someone  will be visiting me in the next 24hrs that to have two form of id... I never respond to them but its frustrated me knowing that this call keep coming up even if you have a blocker

I've got the same message, several times, and I noticed they call from this number but leave another number for you to call back? It seems very suspicious that's why I checked this site. I wish I could sue them for harassment!

Same message as above.  What a scam. I'm glad 800 notes are on the internet for calls like this.  It put me at ease knowing other people are getting the same scam calls.

I got the same message as above.  It made me worry, but I know some company wouldn't spend a lot of money to fly across the country to serve a summons for $300 . I told the guy I've never had the credit card he was talking about. Frustrating  but glad to know it's a scam

I got a call and voicemail from this number this morning. The voicemail was very strange... only 7 seconds long, with a robotic male voice. It seemed like it was in the middle of playing a message and the words were all jumbled together like they were playing the message too fast. The only word I could understand was "proceeding". I've been getting scam calls like this for years telling me that they're going to serve me with a summons or debt collection papers or whatever. Guess what, I'm still here. LOL. Ignore and delete!

You owe a ka-zillion dollars and the FBI, CIA,the Pope, the president, Batman is coming to your job, your home, your outhouse, to arrest you if you don't pay. REPORT them to the FTC. Google and follow directions. NOTHING is LEGAL over a telephone. ALL situations MUST be in writing. A 'subpoena' would be served to you if it was REAL. You will NEVER get one, why?? me 2. FBI says it's  a global problem. They've not the time, man power or money to address it. Best defense in education. There are websites, Youtubes all over the internet warning of this :-)  My favorite is when these @$$H0LES see this page, and then they pose as someone who pretends they are a person that owed money and that they are a real collector. They rave how great they are and how they were helped. REALLY? What person takes the time to rave about a collector??? Also how would a person find this site (unless they rec'd a phone call?). Can anyone say ..."Booster, Plant, Shill at work" LMAO! I love that... further declares the moronic scammer. :-)

Left a voicemail, David Green from Legal Support Services. Something about a breach of contract. No further info given. Think its scammers.

Left message and I called back. They told me outstanding credit card; I do not have a credit card and there is nothing on my credit report in collections for a credit card.

Left nasty message saying I will be served about past due cc payment.  I have no late payments.  I blocked the# on my IPHONE

Got a message at work from a John Scott saying he was calling about a claim and that if I did not call back ASAP that I will have a summon coming to me at home or my job in 24 hrs between 3 to 5, I work for the government and they made a mistake calling my job on a private number,

I got the same call again about going to be at my house or job between 3-5 today himself and for me to have my ID on hand unless I call their number, I called their number by blocking and I a answer saying Mr Wood can I help you, no name of business or nothing and he was a black man, I am sick of these calls I wish he would show up at my house,

Just got a voicemail message from David Green at Legal Support Services saying I am in breach of contract that his office has assumed the legal rights to and I should contact him to discuss the matter before additional proceedings occur. I have an a consumer account with Equifax, so I am quite aware that I have no collections accounts. Additionally, I worked in self-pay collections for 8 years and none of the information he left on my voicemail is legal. He can leave his name & phone number and that's it. No company intending to serve you a summons to appear in court is going to call you and warn you about it. Collection agencies can obtain old or charged off credit card accounts from a third party for pennies on the dollar. However, they are required to abide by the rules of the FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act). Most collection agencies these days try to scare you into paying a debt that you may not owe anymore or that was incurred by someone else with the same name. My advice is to change your phone number and make sure it is unlisted. I like harassing these morons since I know the law and have the upper hand.
