It's some fake collection agency saying that you have to appear in court. Some guy called investigator Quinn answers the phone and says "You sound like your from the Hood" How bogus?

These ppl called me a few times. They say theyre ARS in New York and collecting on a loan from Multiloansource - they have my ssn too and say that proves I took out a loan. HAHA  After the first time I asked for a written invoice for this alleged debt (which I KNOW i never incurred) from 2010 !!! They refused toi give me their address and said they have NO information on Multiloansource the original creditor but would immediately mail me a Validation letter. They kept trying to pin me with saying I ever had a loan. Accusing me of taking this money knowing Id never repay it. I told them they were calling me at work and said no more calls period. Ill reply to your invoice. BS! I never received the invoice or validation but they keep calling me anyway. I recorded the call because theyre in NY and I can without telling them. (not that I care) They threatened me with court several times and I told them to be careful and go ahead and lets go to court - SOL is 4 years where I live and its been 6 years. Game over. they hung up - havent called again. WOuld love to hand this recording to a lawyer with their threats and refusals to provide any information to me so I can sue them and collect up to 1k per FDCPA violations.

Caller by the name of Christopher Grant claimed I had an outstanding summons  and I had to appear in court. Had no idea what he was talking about. He left a completely different number for me to return his call but I'm buying into this spammer!

Sorry. I meant I'm NOT buying into this Spammer.
