Trying to find out who owns this number.

They called and left a message stating that some legal papers are going to be dropped off at my house or my job and before that takes place I need to call them.  Never left the name of the company they represent or anything.  YEAH OK

Same! They keep calling and just now left a message saying the same thing they said to you! What is this place?

They called saying we owed money on something that  was already paid off. The gentleman who answered the phone said cowardly lion and then just said oh I'm not really the cowardly lion I just like that name. This is a total scam who would answer the phone like that?  No information about this number either. Also calls from a local 216 area code. Beware!!

They use a number generator. They had a 740 here. When you call it it says they are a Location Verification Division. Not buying it. They leave messages threatening to contact my employer but never use a company name. They say phases as the company and here at the office but never disclose what that may be.

I have spoken to the Ohio attorney general and was informed it is a scam and to not answer or communicate in any way. They said they will stop calling but if someone is on the other end responding they will call back. Verified Scam!!

They say they have a package for my daughter I verified address asked where it was from told me they could not tell me said they needed to talk to my daughter.  She called them. They did not believe it was her gave her no information. Turning it over to het attorney

I answered and they said it they were looking for a family member and they know my name my spouse and the family member's and to have my family member to call back and they even gave me an extension # I called back to see what it was and it gave me another number which is the 855-465-6814 and that it's a Location Verification Division. I can not find any info on what that is.

I got a voicemail from someone named Chip Reynolds from ACM Pre-Legal.  He said a case has been filed against me and he wanted to give me a courtesy call before filing papers from his client.  He said that me or my legal representative must call back by close of business today.  He left his number as 877-275-7236, but he was calling from 860-263-0086.  I tried calling back the 877 number and get a recording that says "all circuits are busy, try your call again later". So I called the 860 number and got a recording that said Locator Verification, if you received a call please call back 855-465-6814.  Total scam!

ACM a debt collector

It's ACM debt collectors. The ended the call by saying good luck.

Got the same call with chip saying good luck at the end. They used a Maryland cell number to try to trick me.
