they never leave a message they just keep calling

talked to these people. They wanted access to my computer because they said it was having an issue. company was called clean 365

These people won't let it up....they called me 7 times yesterday...then 3 times today.  I called the number back and they answered and stated they were with cleanmypc.com.  I have never visited this site nor do I care to.  I have asked them nicely to remove me from their calling list, and yet they continue to call...sometimes right after they hang up.  Here is is 9:00pm CST and they are still calling!  Don't trust these people...How do you report these people?  This is harrassment!

Its an indian person that is calling saying there is something wrong with my Computer but there isn't. I downloaded this application thinking it would stop blocking the sites I try to go on but instead they called me, my mother, and some other friends of mine. This is harrasment And i want it to stop.

Are you saying you downloaded the software recommended by that scammer?
If you ran that software, you just opened your computer to several nasty attacks, may have given away your address book, and may have given the scammer your card number or ID info.
1.  Run FULL malware scans right now!
2.  Change all your passwords
3.  Run the scans again
4. If some problems still exist, bring your computer to your local computer repair shop!
5. If you gave the scammer your card number, contact the phone number on the back of your card, and tell them what happened.  Also, keep an eye on your credit records.

Getting call from this number everyday.
Starting at 0500 in the morning.

Have gotten 12 calls from them in the last two days when i called back they said they are from 365 computer tech and are calling me back to fix my computer (which there is nothing wrong with it and i have never called they or down loaded their software i want them to stop calling as i have Breast Cancer and have more things to do and worry about then their dam calls

They call me every day almost every 10 minutes between my home phone and my cell phone.
I've done everything ftom trying to be nice to cussing him out. He won't stop!

This person calling every 5 minute at any time day and nights. I have 72 years old and very sick person please, some body stop this calls

This company charged me $189.95 to "fix" my computer and now my credit card statement is showing fraudulent charges I never authorized!

Since the scammers accessed the computer, they probably did one or more of the following:
• Disabled the anti-virus software
• Added nasty malware to the computer
• Copied the Contact List (so they can spam/email your soon-to-be ex-friends)
• Copied any financial data or passwords they could find
• Compromised your ID
• "Zombied" the computer, so it would respond to THEIR commands sent via internet
• Deleted some important files
• Asked for money to repair the damage they caused

What can you do immediately after such an attack?
1.  Pull the cables on the computer, so it cannot access the internet.
2.  Change ALL  passwords stored on the computer
3.  Run FULL malware scans on the computer, in "SAFE" mode!
4.  Change the passwords again, particularly if the malware scans showed anything
5.  Inform your bank and credit card companies
6.  Sign up for credit monitoring, and check the status frequently
7.  You may have to bring the computer to a local repair shop, and tell them the story.
8.  Tell friends what happened, so they can be aware of strange emails from you
9.  Plug in the cables only AFTER all the above have been done
10.  Change the passwords on all online accounts.  Even better - access a "safe", uninfected  computer, and chance your online account passwords RIGHT NOW.
