So why are you here? You already know who called you so logically there is no reason for you to look up this phone number. And have you never heard of phone number spoofing? Just because "this is a legitimate state farm claims office in dallas texas" doesn't mean all calls are from them.

While people may sympathize over your predicament, this is not a social blog to vent frustrations nor is it a review site. The purpose is to inform others about a caller, who might have called them as well, so they can decide if they wish to answer the call next time or call back.
No need to "continue" a story about your life long encounters with the company who called or how disappointed you are with their service.
