Phone number stated is CGE IDProtect, Coarsegold, CA.  This company is using debit card account numbers from individuals to extract funds from their debit card account.  Also this person uses phone number 209-820-0772 to extract information representing a medical company regarding  card holders location & state.  It is believed that this individual is submitting debit card numbers through VISA as a charge extracting funds.

I was charged $19.87 from CGE*IDPROTECT. I don't know who they are and I didn't authorize any debit by them. I don't know how they got my information to debit my account. You are supposed to protect the security of your customers account. I am disputing the debit and want an immediate reversal of the debit and refund of my money. they debited card #7***

Please contact your credit card company directly.  800notes can't do that for you.  I've asked admin to remove your cc#, as you shouldn't post that in a forum.

No phone call but $19.87 was taken from my account on November 03,2015. After several attempts I finally made contact with an arab sounding dude today November 19,2015. I gave him the last 4 digits of my card and he still wanted the first 4. I tried explaining that I have done discarded the card as it evidently was compromised. Claims there is nothing he can do. We should get an address and locate the man in person.

I recommend filing a fraud dispute with your bank or CC holder and also filing reports with the FTC & CFPB..

No phone call either, but the same amount, $19.87, was withdrawn from our debit card at 3:00 in the morning (according to the bank). I'm disputing the charge and reporting the fraud.

I got the same charge on a credit that has not been used in 1 year.  It has been locked in our safe, out of reach.  I called the cc company & they told me it was id protect gave me this number 1-855-473-7552....called..foreign guy answered & said he would reverse the charge & stop the auto pay...I said never started.  he verified my address & email.  did not want to ask what else they knew just in case they didn't have it.  Give them a call.

While not ruling out ID theft or CC fraud, this does sound a lot like the result of a "free offer" or "trial offer" type of service slamming sudo-scam.
Basically all of those TV, internet, telemarketing, social media ads, email ads, or magazine / newspaper offers for a "free" or "trial" product offers are traps to get your account or CC info, signing you up for one or more fee based "services". The fine print or double-speak of the offer normal explains that the offer is only valid if you agree to fees and monthly charges for what turns out to be worthless services.
If you are getting these fraudulent charges, thin back to when they first showed up on your bill. If you had tried some product or got a freebie, "just pay shipping", within a month of that date, that is were they got your info.

Remember, always read the fine print.

Do file fraudulent charges with your bank and/or CC company, stating "theft by deception", and request a "charge back".

Woke up this morning to a charge of 19.87 that was charged to my account 2am SMH. Thanks to online I found this site and a number to call, these people tried to get my first 6 numbers of my card that they already charged without permission.they were very rude and would not refund my money so. I had to block my freaking bank card, people plz beware.they also tried to say they had a different name on the account like who u think is stupid (you wouldn't have got my money if that was the case)

My charge was from two days ago, and I haven't signed up for any free trials. So that's obviously not the case with this company.

There are hundreds of millions of credit card/bank card numbers floating around the internet that criminals buy/sell/exchange.....yours may have been one of those.
