I didn't get a call either.  Checked my account last night and a pending charge of 19.87 from this company.  Woke up this morning and it had cleared and was deducted from my account.  I do remember last week someone calling from Ca however I didn't recognized the number so I didn't answer.  I will be calling my bank as so as it opens. Was Visa compromised?  Just learned my number now I have to cancel card and get a new one.

I didn't give no one to take 19.87 out of my account on 1-11-2016 I want my money put back now

No phone call and was debited from my account 1/27/2016 my card was shredded by my bank and paper work filed to dispute the charges so they are investigating these horrible people and I hope they get caught for doing this and did not talk to anyone from this company what so ever

I didn't get any phone call either. Pulled up my online checking account, and a charge of $19.87 was charged, last four numbers of my debit card showed on the transaction on my bank statement. I called my bank and they are refunding the $19.87 back onto my checking account, and they are issuing me a new debit card with a new card number. THESE ARE CROOKS OUT THERE!!!! HOPE THEY GET CAUGHT!!!

I just noticed that I was charged 19.87 for the past three months from a company called cge idprotect. They never called Me and I never give out My card info over the phone, so I have no idea how they got it. I called the number on the card statement and the foreign guy said I agreed to roadside assurance on the phone. He said He'd cancel the subscription I never agreed to or even know about, but I don't belive Him. I reported the charges to My credit card company.

They took out of my bank w/o authorization also. I calle number and they r returning my money. scammers are what they are.

I never even got a call. I just checked my bank statements and saw $19.87 taken out for no reason whatsoever. I called the bank thy provided this number for me to call and when i called them i told them I had the bank on the phone as well and that they were being recorded and that i wanted a refund otherwise the bank will take over. My refund was there in my account 24 hrs later. So i lied to them , it worked.

It was a foreign guy that I spoke to also. Who do these people think they are? why and how can our banks allow this to even happen? it angers me to know end. If they have our card info then next time they may decide to take all our money and our banks are standing there at their windows allowing this to go on while they cash everyones check every single day. Just saying.
