    Second call from "Merchant Services" said they were trying to get overcharges on my credit card processing reimbursed.  1st call said they were with square and then later said they were with merchant services. They want me to email or fax them my square statement. Totally suspicious. I'm not sending them anything!

    This a telemarketing company that was probably hired by another processor to steal merchant accounts. I got a call from my merchant and called the number and asked them to stop calling this merchant. They are a little slick. They come across asking to review the statement. Once they review the statement that will probably call back to say the old processor is ripping them off and can do better. That is my assumption,

    They left a message on my voicemail using my name saying something about a refund and needing last statement. I called back and immediately told them that this call was being recorded, they sent me to the woman who left the message and she said, "I processed the wrong information and that she was sorry, thank you" then hanged up.

    Forgot to mention that no one even asked for my name, so the fact that they made a mistake without confirming who i was means all their calls were a mistake. I would never give any information anyways and suspected this was a scam and most days would have just either hung up or ignore the message,  but some days I'm bored and like to have a little fun with these scammers.

    Received a voicemail from this number.  Debra did not ask for anyone by name and it sounded like she said they were from Sears, but it was hard to understand.  She said to call back at 855-482-8066, press option 1, ext 1153.  I do not have a Sears account.

    This lady (ms.Davis) called and said she was from merchant services. I tried to email her many times what she wanted, Stupid me. Never went through, then I texted her. She got the texts then she was calling me approx 10 times in a row because I realized she was bogus. I never answered again.

    Called and said she was with "Merchant Services Review" and wanted to look at our credit card processing statements to see if we received a Covid relief credit.  I asked where she was from again and she got hostile and said we would have fees for non-compliance and the transactions would "have to be put back through".

    Asked to speak to the person in charge of the merchant account. I asked to take a message as they were not available. Gave me the call back information. I asked if I could help I was told to just let them know there was an error in the billing and a compliance issue update needed

    As above, "Deborah" left a message from Merchant Services Review for Owner "about billing error" and said to have March and April Statements available.   I called her back and she explained that they needed to review our statements to see if we were receiving COVID relief credit and that once it was established that we were, that these "changes" would go in in April and October of every year and need to be checked to be sure our processing company is giving us the refund they are mandated to do.  I asked what would happen if we determine that they aren't and she said she would pass the statements on to someone up the ladder and they would be in touch with me to make sure we got it taken care of.

    6-15-22 Good ole Donna Wilson called again and had no memory of speaking with me.  I told her that I have a note on my desk with her name and phone number from the last time she called and I was on her website looking at the ad for "we help save you money" and she said that's not hers...even though the phone number and business name match.  She further gaslighted me saying that she has never called our business and we're going to get shut down for non-compliance and hung up on me.

    Their site went up in 2018 and is set to expire next year.  No address on the website and they used a privacy service to conceal who they really are and where they are located.  All the markings of a criminal enterprise.

    Got a call from Barbara (who knows) asking for someone that we don't have here. When I corrected her she wanted to speak with them regarding merchant service account. I told her we were not interested and she proceeded to argue that this was not a sales call, so i hung up. She called back and stated just because i didn't understand what she was doing doesn't make it a sales call, so i told the owner and he had no idea what she was talking about when i transferred the phone to him. Needless to say they are Blocked.. I get these calls every other day from a different number.

    Got a call from "Merchant Services" they wanted to update my PCI compliance and to get my credit card fees removed from out account. She said that they were the ones in charge of monitoring and taking care of this.
