Junk call from Main Street Processes

Rang 3 times then hung up.  Google Android lists as suspected SPAM caller

Main Street Processes called that there are some discrepancies with my merchant account. I told them that I wasn't their customer and that my bank would notify me of any problems. Lady hung up. Not even a thank you or reach around.

Spam.

One of the rudest telemarketers to date.  Would not accept a polite "not interested".  Told them to call back when the owner was in and they said, "This is a business and we're not open on Saturdays."  Funny, this was a business too and we ARE open on Saturdays.  What a twit.

Just got a call from this number at my business.  When I answered someone asked to speak to a person.  I think he said my name but I couldn't tell.  When I asked him to repeat the name, there was no answer, only silence.  So I repeated the question and said hello a couple times with no response.  At that point, I hung up.  Don't have time for nonsense.  Won't answer that number again.

Beware, credit card processor scam. Called this morning to talk to the owner (my husband), said she's from Main Street Services, our credit card processor. I know that's not who we use so I hung up.....she called right back & was immediately nasty, saying she needed to talk to the owner right away, they process our cc payments and there's a problem with our account. Told her I know who our credit card processor is & it isn't you & hung up. Been through this sort of thing before, they try to get you to give up your account#, then they call your processor & switch the account to them & then charge you crazy fees.

I answer. Silence, then call center noise. Asks for the person who handles the merchant account. We run our credit cards through QuickBooks b/c we have so few payments via credit card. We serve other businesses. We don't have an outside merchant account. I hang up. They call back, I hang up again. Did this four times. Finally picked up the phone and just laid it down. I REALLY resent the intrusion of sales calls anyway and calling repeatedly to try and scam us is beyond the pale.

Woman called, asked for owner. Said they were in charge of processing for our area and was checking to see if we were overcharged when there was a rate increase. I told her I didn’t trust her. She continued, said she’s not selling anything. I told her that we had not been overcharged and our account was fine.

Telescammers calling again.

One of too many spammers who call my business.  As others have stated, one "merchant services" troll after another who call constantly.  When we see an 800 number on the Caller ID, we don't even answer, just let the call die.  It doesn't seem to matter how many times you snag them on their scam, they call back the next day from a different number.

SCAM - rude and deceitful. How do these people sleep at night???

Complete scammers who claim to be with your merchant processor. Refuse to give their company name, and called us back FIVE time in a row after we told them never to call here again. Filing a complaint with the FCC due to harassment. Yes, they can call you and market to you if you're a business. But if you ask them to stop, they must. Nasty pieces of work who should be shut down. Caller ID says "800 Service" as the company name. Total BS.

Woman called said she was with Mainstreet and wanted to let us know about overcharging on our merchant account. I asked her who is our merchant account with, she could not say but this was not a sales call so I hung up! She called right back and insisted on talking to me again and went on to say it was not a scam and if I would just shut up and let her talk she could explain. I hung up again! How can you have all my account information if you dont even know who my account is with! This is a scam!
