Scammers

I just got a voicemail from the same phone number, and to call the same number.
Some BS about a petition and legal action.
Never mentions a name. He'll, I toss out regular mail that has no name or address. Sure as he'll ain't going to call some crsp that won't leave their name.

They call from:  352-269-9325
They tell me to call:  855-487-1329

I applied for loans using these phone numbers using fictitious names.

This has worked in stopping spam calls.

If they call for more than 30 days, which rarely happens, their numbers are given out to places they'll have to change identities to be able to work from or go into hiding.

Do not call doesn't work. They sell your [***] anyway.

They left a message saying legal action will be taken. I called back and they said they are financial recovery for a credit card I never had. They had my SS, but I know I never had an American Express. SCAM.

You should not return their call. It is a scam. They are going to scam you in some way by your talking to them. They can record and use your voice to create another scam.

I received a call stating they had a legal complaint against me from my workplace. They only gave my name so that may be all they have of my personal info. They gave me this number to call back and talk to their mediator. I have been retired 10 years, so I know they are full of it.

Keep calling saying Unfortunately, at this time, the pursuing party has actively opened a legal complaint against you I'll calls and correspondence involved in this complaint has been collected and recorded reflects that numerous attempts have been made at your residence and at your place of employment You have the right to provide us with a statement However, a statement is not needed to move forward with this complaint. Once you are served you are forfeiting all rights to arbitrate this matter voluntarily with a client please feel free to contact our arbitrators department during business hours at 8 5 5- 4 8 7- 1 3 2 9 or you may press zero or want to speak to one of our arbitrators.…”

This number called my work phone number stating their is a legal complaint  and they have made multiple attempts through my employement and place of residence. They said You have the right to provide us with a statement However, a statement is not needed to move forward with this complaint. Once you are served you are forfeiting all rights to arbitrate this matter voluntarily with a client please feel free to contact our arbitrators department during business hours at 8 5 5- 4 8 7- 1 3 2 9 or you may press zero or want to speak to one of our arbitrators

I received a call from my area code phone number. I have a spam blocker on my phone so it went to voicemail. Ironically the number  I’m to call back after multiple threats ( court, contact family, my work) is 8554871329.

I got the same call today 10/9/2024
