Don't know why they calling.  leaves file number and just says my phone number.  She only calls with her name saying there is a complaint against me but no company name.  They want my address to file with the court and send some papers.

They are calling my mother stating that i am writing hot checks and the funny thing about that is i have not had a checking account in over 4 years as i do not and will not have anyone tell me how and when i can spend my money so i closed all my account and when i had accounts i didn't use checks.... they told my mother they are trying to serve me with papers and take me to court.... Edward Jackson was his name with Liberty as well....
