Called me x2. I did not pick up

Kept calling, leaving no msg, called bk, got recording thanking me for calling "clinical services", declined a survey by pushing 2, waited for a person after being told the call was being recorded, woman came on asking my name, I didn't give it but told her we were tired of getting calls and asked who THEY thought they were calling, she gave the name of my husband's cousin and I replied No, there was no one here by that name and no one here has anything to do with clinical services, she replied that the # had been verified as a good contact #, I replied No, it wasn't, not ever had that # belonged to the name she gave and I wanted it Removed Immediately. She hung up.

Asking for my medicine info

Optum RX Clin robocall on behalf of UnitedHealth, asking for a call back with a number to punch in so that they would know who it was.

Smells like a scam.

Said they were my health insurance, no name, wanted my personal information to verify my identity. I said I do not recognize your phone number. They asked 3 times then said that information does not match their records. Sounds like a scam to get my personal information.

Did not answer call. Checked it out and was from United Healthcare.
Called back and it was legit; a review of my medications which they had listed.

VM: same as 31 MAY 2023 except no name given and gave return # as 833-761-9558. Called back but wanted personal info instead of # to punch in. Hung up.

Did not consent to being spam called

Called repeatedly always from a different number. Asked constantly to stop the constant calls. They call anyways.

United HealthCare. Their pharmacy plan for Medicare is changing and want to basically give new options. I have aleady changed to Signa.
