    Recording claims to be Microsoft refund department offering refund of payment for maintenance of computer.  Since I never purchased that service, I asked if they had information on how much I paid.  After a short wait the guy told me $299 and asked me to go to my computer and open Google Chrome browser and go to www.anydesk.com to be able to download the claim form.  When I said I can't do it right now but I will write down the instructions, he said he could not send me a check and gave me a phone # 315-496-1677 to call back.  What a SCAMMER!
