I received 6 calls from a private yesterday and one voice message was finally left. With I needed to call or I was being served by their client by 2pm tomorrow. I never heard of such a thing. She went on to say that I needed to call as soon as possible 855-496-2376 or she would come to my work or by my house to serve me the court ordered papers to show up to court. What? I thought there were no courtesy calls you just got served not a call to give you a heads up. Total scam. she didn't even mention the company she was calling for or anything just to call 855-496-2376.

Real Legal servers do not call you before they come. They just show up!

I just received that same exact call.  Did anything ever happen?

i got the same call but i got the message a couple days later i got served with summons to appear in court the day after i got the message

What is it for?

I gave them my lawyers number.  This may be a true debt but their tactics are illegal.
