Called my job and a lady said that I was going to be served at my place of work or at home and that they were filing this with the county two charges. When they called the number read as PRIVATE.

Hello this number is a scam artist my lawyer just contacted them found out that they run scams on people making threats to take them to court to get money out of them. If you borrowed money from a Pay Day Loan they will have your number and call your house, job, and any number you put down on your Pay Day Loan application. After you already paid off your loan they will try and make you think you didn't by harrasing you at your place of employment. Making threats to scare you and take you to court and breaking FDCPA laws. DON'T PAY THEM!!!!! They are CRIMINALS.

Please don't pay these people, they are not filing chargers. They are hard to trace once you get the police involved. Therefore, they are not a known company or a real debt collection agency. When you look up debt collection agency such as Portfolio Recovery Associates or NCO their company will come up on google or the website these people company will never come up because they don't exist. Go file a police report on them and the number also play the messages for the authorities. These people made threats to my boss, co-workers, and friends. They have a few people working this scam. They are fooling some people by getting payments on fake debts claiming they owe money. Don't let them take your money you worked hard for, they need to find a job and stop seating around making phone calls stealing people money nothing but Scammers. They are nasty, rude, liars. They leave messages stating you owe and chargers will be filed and chargers will never be filed because they are fake and fraudulent crooks seeking to rip off someone. They will never go to the court house to file charges because they would be the ones going to jail. Start recording them, keep the voicemails, and go to the police department in charge of identity theft. Fail chargers for harassment, and the fact they making threats calling your job. The more people that comes forward about these criminals the less phone calls and harassment, and hopefully the police can finally shut them down for good. People really think these people are serious and pay them, or allow the harassment. Don't call the cops....GO INTO THE STATION TO FILE A REPORT. Take the number, voicemail, and all your evidence. My friend almost lost her job over these evil scammers until we found out it was a con artist company that kept calling the job.

This number has been blowing my phone up daily 5, 6 times a day.  Left a message for my brother as he had used me cut a emergency contact.  Said something about a Case and if he didn't respond by the end of The day that he will be waiving His rights to whatever.the guys name was or is How delsia or Something like that.  Sounds like a  b. S  scam To me also BE processing  was the company  name
