It's a scam!!!!! Do not give them any personal information. Know your rights Google Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Take the time to read the Act. If someone calls you and refuses to provided you with written details about the debt it is a scam...

a John Sayer called threatening to send officer's out to my husband job and serve paper for bank fraud.  However, he was not willing to give out information on the company
