My father in law was paying for an anti virus.  His computer was upgraded to a windows 10. All 4 computers/2 cell phones are protected.  They are being called in our end. Then more posts on here. I'm surprised our blood pressure hasn't gone up. My father in law gets the run around.  I think it is a scam.  Or the problem would be fixed. How can our house computer (windows 7), and cell phones be upgraded to a windows 10. When they are android phones.  He is paying for 4 items when 3 are not windows 10

What, exactly, do you want us to do for you?

Give us the full info on the company to which your father-in-law is paying!
Business name, website, etc.

(I really hope he is not paying to "upgrade" his android phone to windows 10!)

the guy told me that if all of the devices are connected with the same wifi network it can be infected.
yes, all of them are on the same wifi network.
i m not sure that they are a scam

its a big market where we don't know who to trust? But i had the problem and they fixed that  so i am happy ..
