    Called my Do Not Call registered cell in Dallas TX. No CID info displayed. Robot said left a message saying all of my Microsoft services have been cancelled and no longer works. I am to call back at this number to discuss getting it back.

    I received the same call answered it by mistake thinking it was someone else.  As soon as I heard the first words I hung up.  It was the same message as the call above with the same message.

    This is the same message as the others. I was working on my computer when the call came in. What are they going to come up with next. Just love having to block all these scam calls. Sometimes I think some things were better in the days gone by. At least you didn't get all these types of spam calls. Just other annoying sales calls.

    Received a call from 855-500-0602,toll free. He said my Microsoft service was disconnected and to call this number back to have it reconnected. Microsoft is free unless you order something else.

    SCAM!!!  Caller indicating they are from Microsoft and this is an emergency call to tell me that that my Microsoft service has expired.    Ridiculous and untrue.

    Called and left a message as I didn't pick up call on my cell.  Apparently my Microsoft account will be cancelled or some other urgent/critical issue.  Used to be I could just ignore call and that would be it.  Now they are leaving messages.

    Fact:
    • ANYONE who calls you and says your computer called/contacted them is a SCAMMER.
    • Windows Operating System licenses do not expire.
    • ANY Tech Support Warning pop-ups you get while accessing the internet asking you to call a number or visit a website, is from a SCAMMER.
    • Web Browsers DO NOT have the ability to determine and warn you your computer has an error. They can only warn you about a potential malicious website. A Browser is software that allows you to surf the Internet, not diagnose a computer or phone.
    • ANY Tech Support company that insists you need their services because of some error, outdated software or tries to convince you that you need to allow them remote access is a SCAMMER.
    • Nobody could possibly know if your computer or devices have an issue unless you tell them or gave them access.
    • Tech Support companies DO NOT call to give out refunds because they are "going out of business". In fact NO company gives refunds when going out of business unless they did not provide you with what you paid for.
    • Companies DO NOT call to inform you that your subscription will be charged if you don't call back, only SCAMMERS do that. If you have a subscription with someone, they automatically charge you until you cancel it.
