Being I never answer numbers I don't know, does anybody know what or who this number is?

I got a call from the same number & they left a message wanting me to take a survey about my PCP. I’m assuming it’s a third party company used for things similar.

Same here...survey about PCP.  THey come across very aggressive in the voice mail that was left.

Received a call from (410) 401-1831‬ directing me to call (855) 500-1435 to take a survey about my PCP. I think his name was Frank but couldn’t understand most of what he said as he was muffled half the time.

This call isn’t spam. It’s a follow up after your doctor appointment asking you to take a 15 minute survey about your provider & your experience. They called me today.
