Number called my phone several times,  by doesn't leave message.

Calls and doesn't leave message. Has called my phone several times. Caller I'D comes up with Shumkrclinpat

Answered the call. The caller hung up.

My husband answered the phone and the caller hung up.

KNew my child’s name, Started asking for personal information like birthday without identifying itself

Calls multiple times back to back calls. Doesn't leave message. Calls are nearly every day multiple times each day.

Keeps calling. Never answers when picked up. Waking everyone up

An african american women has called numerous times,  never leaves a message...I asked her what she wanted and she wanted to speak to my husband...I asked in regards to what?  She would say and hung up.

From other posts this might be a medical billing scammer. Or maybe just garden variety debt scammer. Just block the number, and don't call this sort of outfit back.

google says number is embassy patient services. Called, I picked up, they hung up. I have no medical debt so likely a scammer with robo calling and no scammers could take the call when I answered so it disconnected I'd suspect.
