Lisa Thomas has called my mom, brother-in-law and myself saying she recieved a complaint for consideration of legal action. No company name until the last call to my family which was premier Legal. They didn’t even have my proper name. I was rather upset until my husband told me it’s just a scam. I am super offended by these people.

Lisa called my home phone ,my cell phone, my wifes cell phone and my daughters phone. States there is a legal matter that has come to her desk and a summons will be sent to me. My daughter is very upset as she was at work when she received the call. The phone number came up unknown on two of our phones. We know of several other people that have received this same call and have been asked for money to stop the summons and the legal matter.

Called place of work, same person, used different name, different company name each time, same phone number, same reference number. Stupid.

Harassing phone calls at place of employment

We just got a message from James White, Premier Legal Services telling us to call this same number regarding a legal case.

Called me two days in a row through a private number saying that there was a complaint sent to their office that needs some legal action and gave me a case number as well. They were not specific. Seems like a scam. Don't answer.
