Perhaps she did.  But, based on the UPS Stores I have been in and the traffic going in and out, an attorney doing business in such an environment would hardly be able to keep their dealings confidential.
Seeing as her shilly post has fallen into the bit bucket, it really does not matter anymore.

They called I returned the call, they are telling me I owe a credit card from December 2, 2008. I don't recall this and it is way too old for anything to come of this. Statue in Florida is 5 years. This is just over 9 years. Stop Calling me.

Be careful. I do not think this is a legitimate company. They contacted me about a 15+ year old debt (on which they have no legal authority to sue over) that was already paid many, many years ago. They try very hard to sound like a legitimate law office. I have the paperwork to prove the debt is already paid. I'm very curious their response once I tell them this and push them on their threats to sue. Reach out to a consumer credit bureau rep to learn your rights and the law in this area.

Johnson Smith associates leave a voice mail every montb on my cell. Its always the wrong person, and  they want to give legal papers. Thats not how the real world works. Legitimate  firms use process server companies.
