    Its a new number for an old scam.  They aren't going to file charges against you.   You haven't done anything wrong.
    If you talk to the caller they'll accuse you of a crime and give you a chance to buy your way out of trouble, but you have to do it Right Now by giving them your credit card number, your bank account, number, or by wiring money to them or by buying gift cards and calling them with the card numbers.
    Congratulations on not falling for it.
