I'm not sure if this is a scam.

This phone number is associated with Upstate Dept. Mgmt. of New York.
A man calling himself "Dan Demile" called my phone number twice asking for "Kathy Silva."
He says he is going to serve her court papers and the issuing party can be reached at
855-505-5185.
At that number various people answer the phone saying they work for "Upstate Dept. Mgmt."
"Kathy Silva," if such a person exists, has used my phone number or previously had my phone number before it was assigned to me, over 2 years ago.
I have had numerous  debt related calls from people looking for Kathy Silva.

The people at Upstate Dept. Services lie and say they know nothing about serving papers.
They even laughably said they were getting the police after Mr. Dan Demile to make him stop
calling my phone number.
What idiots.

I received a phone call from Dan Demille asking me to call the 855 505-5185 number also.  When I tried to call him back to get more info from the 214 -224 number it said this number is not in service.  They use a phone to dial out on but you can't call them back. I had a payday loan back in 2010 and Paid it.  They are scams. When I called the 855 number. Mr. Goodson asked could I pay the debt again and then get reimbursed after it's filed in court. Ok Do I really sound that dumb, to pay a debt twice. First of all it's illegal for them to say you have fraud. It goes against the  Federal Trade Law.  And if anyone, debtor, lawyer, etc call you that don't read you your rights about this is an attempt to collect a debt, etc.  They are not legal.  You must state that before collecting. I told them come serve me the papers.  I was ready and not afraid.  Because I know I paid the payday loan off.  You can bring a law suit against them and receive over $1,000.  If they are a legiet company.
