    Hello,

I'm simply writing you today to let you know how bad of service I have recieved since May 26th 2017. I paid for the $1 online free trial then I cancelled it that night, my computer might have messed up when doing so to my knowledge it didn't. I was charged $29.95 for something I didn't need nor want. I called the next morning to talk to a customer care rep and they hung up on me, yelled at me, told me they couldn't help me before they finally after an hour sent me to an escalation team member who was considerably worse than them! After a bit he worked with me and got everything fixed so I thought, I was told that my refund would be send back to me in 15 days, which would have been on the 9th of June. By the 10th I still haven't recieved any refund so I called them. The man I talked to degraded me, yelled at me told me he couldn't help me and I just had to wait, even though I had waited for 2 weeks already. I called back, again and again because they kept hanging up on me. Today, June 16th 2017 I have talked to 5 agents, one who talked to me like I was someone who wouldn't understand anything, his id was 342086, he said they don't have a boss and he was the boss, which he clearly lied, then he only told me his bosses last name and refused to give me any information on how to contact him, they told me that they don't have a corporate office, and if they did they couldn't give me the information, I got loud. Because by now it's been almost a month and I am sick of being degraded and lied too he gave me some address to write and was very hateful about it. I talked to agent 3031 who just flat or hung up on me and then I talked to agent 34011 who was just as bad as the rest of them, and all I asked her was what the company's name was that she worked for so I can get a resolution. I have spent many hours of my time wasted on these people just to get back my $29.95. I am a mother of a newborn and a 5 year old little girl and I just needed my money back and they won't refund it. I think by now after the trouble I have dealt with I deserve it and then some most defiantly a sincere apology. Please can someone help me with this matter. I looked up information and it says this company owns the business he number is attached to.

You cannot communicate with that company via this website which is for reporting who unknown callers might be. You will have to call their customer service number or more likely, dispute the charge with your credit card company.

This number is some kind of scam offering credit scores or something.  I was stupid enough to go online and try to get a pay day loan and after putting my information on one site I was bombarded with emails saying I was approved for a loan and they needed more info.  Not realizing I was dealing with different sites every time I inadvertently agreed to pay one dollar for this service which apparently was just a trial period and after one week if I didn't cancel they were going to bill me 29.95 every month.  Of course I called them as soon as they dinged me for the 29.95.  Just got off the phone with them and they said they are going to reimburse me but it might take 3 to 5 days.  So we  will see.  Never again going to give out my bank information like that.

Best to talk to your bank and stop payment and make sure no other charges are allowed to come through.  Quit talking to the scammers, you'll never get your money back through them.

I just went to that site, and it very clearly states that you will be billed $29.95 a month for a membership.  It pays to read, because then you might actually learn what you are signing up for.  I doubt if that poster will be any help to you since she clearly doesn't read either and as an added bonus thinks that by posting that letter here she will get a refund.

We do not know for what you were charged
We do not know the name of the company
We do not even know YOUR name!

Strongly suggest you contact your card issuer or your bank (however you were charged), to find out what company charged you and to initiate a complaint.

Then, come back here and give us more details about this problem, so we can try to help others that might experience it.

Someone else posted the name of the web site as click your scores.  I went there.  It clearly states in several places that the first score is $1 for a trial period of 7 days, and then after that there is a recurring charge of $29.95 a month.

I am currently receiving the same problem with these people  I  don't have any idea who this company is or what it is that they do or provide. Personally I have disputed the charge through my bank and made fraud charges against them because I refused to talk to any sort of business that removes money from my bank account yet refuses to talk to me or refund the money or even cancel whatever so-called service they're providing my advice to you is to immediately contact your credit card company or bank and do the same thing I did file a fraud charge and dispute the charge and you will get all your money back I hope this helps.

Maybe you should have read past the first post?  That person clearly is as clueless as you are.  First, you should have contacted your credit card company as was previously posted to you in a reply.  Second, you should have sent them a certified, return receipt letter telling them to stop billing you and that you no longer want the service you signed up for.

Contact your bank or credit card company and let them know the money was taken. You may be able to get it back. Also close the account and get a new one so these scammers can't take more money from you.
