Took money from my account twice in one week, says it’s roadside assistance, but I have Allstate. Waiting for the customer service dept. to open so I can file my disputes and I will be reporting this company

Yes, but when you call the 1-855 number it says it’s for roadside assistance so it’s a scam no matter what!!

In my case, I didn’t sign up for anything. I have Credit Karma, so why would I sign up for any other credit score company somehow someone else used my banking  information. Sometimes people are ignorant and you all think you know everything. I tried calling the phone number!! it isn’t even a company for a credit score. It’s a scam regardless! When you call it is a recording for roadside assistance, so unless you’ve been scammed by these people
why are you even commenting on it and try to make people feel less of a person by getting scammed by this company just scroll on by and leave your comments for some other site!

Just because it was last used on a credit score scam site (which changed its number), doesn't mean its not the same outfit with a different purpose for the number. You probably did 'sign up' for something somewhere else that is affiliated with them. They didn't just guess your info.

Maybe that is their scheme now, but it is pretty obvious this type of scamming is done by tricking people into giving them payment info for "something" and you wind up subscribing for something because you didn't read the fine print.

They stole 39.90$ from me and keep doing it every month then when I called them they play dumb like it never happened

For all of you behaving like a bunch of pretentious experts on this matter and finding a way to blame the card holder in order to make them feel stupid. . I was charged $1.00 and then $39.99 on a brand new card that I had never even used. Ever. Not at a store, and not online. So, tell me -- where did I agree to a trial; then? These people are hacking into accounts,, getting passwords and doing what they can. They're fraudulent and that's the end of it.

I have been charged 3x times and even told my bank that I got my card from. They did a check and took the money off which was 39.90. In two days the bank charged my card back. So I locking my card and will not allow this so called credit company to take anymore of my money. First off I didn’t need this credit check company when I have credit karma for free.

I agree I still don’t know where and when I start a trail for a 1.00 then they charge me 39.90 a month. So I just locked my card and will not allow them to take anymore of my money

Read those complaints AND the response from this company! They have your info to refute your claims when the bank calls them to find out why they charged your card.

Somehow they got my credit card number and charged me 39.90 for some credit repair. Total scammers. I can't even get a refund because they won't answer the phone
