Called my Dad and me about someone else. This is unlawful. We should not be harrassed. Getting phone message call instead of a letter is not good. No clue what it is.

Had a call from an unknown number about a complaint being filed against me and that I needed to contact them right away or they were going to move forward with the issue without my consent. To call back this number 1-855-507-7111 if I didn't want them doing anything without my permission. They didn't say a name of company at all only said our office. Seemed very fishy.

Call from unknown number left message from "Kinsey Anderson" saying that there was a complaint filed against me and that I need to call the number and give info or they will proceed regardless. No other identifying information was provided, except they told me to call 8555077111 and give them a file number they provided.

Likely a scam, I do not plan on calling back

Called indicating they were call for a family member, whom would not give my number. Says there is complaint against them and it is pending action. No business name given. Tried calling the number and again no business name given. Freaking vultures.

I also got a message from this number and they left the same message. That there was a complaint against me and that I needed to call them back or they would precede to file charges.

Received an NO-Caller ID call, on my cell phone, that told me that "Legal Action" was being initiated against me for an alleged unpaid debt of $2900 (+/-) from 22 years ago (???). I was instructed to call 855-501-7111 for "details". A Brenda answered and with the "case number" I was given, she told me that someone was verifying my physical address to "serve me"... She said she was working with attorneys from 'Pierce & Associates', located in California, then the story changed to being located in Atlanta... Nothing I was told about this 'debt' made any sense, then she screamed at me "that 'they' had been sending me statements for 8 years (untrue) and now they wanted that money..." I told her 'good luck" and hung up... The more I thought about those calls, the angrier I got...

I got a voicemail from this number stating my ex mom in laws name. I called back to tell them this was not her number but I had her number. I didn't ask what it was about. Just gave my name and again said that that was my ex mom in law. Lauren was extremely rude. Said I was playing games with her and she needed nothing from me so....  ummm why did u call my phone if you didn't want a response?

Called about my son but didn't exactly give the right last name. Same story about some kind of legal action to be filed in our county.   Again didn't say who the company was who was filing.  If they can't be upfront about who they are, then neither I nor my son will call them back.
