my daughter received  a call from a TASHA from 855-507-9315. She told my daughter to tell me that I have a law suit in the court filed against me and I need to get in touch with her asap and that no papers would be served and they would take money from my work and property. the number was from an unknown source but she told my daughter I could call the 855 number. When I call them to tell them to stop calling me they hang up. SCAM

They called my job wanted to talk to my boss and wanted my info.  when i call back they said they gone take me to court... and papers will be out on me

Received a call from this number stating a family member has a lawsuit filed against them and we were told to have that person call them back .When we called back the recording stated it was Amway and to leave a message. When we tried to leave a message the recording stated  all lines were busy and asked us to leave our phone number . We did not. This is a scam but don't know what angle they are using.
