They keep calling talking about Collecting a Debt.

This is for Check n GO Collections depatment. They are trying to collect an unpaid Payday or installment loan

They call and threaten they are bringing legal papers to my home or work. They also called my relatives.

Have they done it? is it legaL?

Collecting Debt for Check N Go.  Call 24-7 home and work at least 50 times a day.  No exaggeration.

Yeah, Leslie Herring with national attorney service is calling.  They referenced the last time they called around the beginning of Oct.  I also know this is not allowed, but they think I have stupid across my forehead or something.  This was a text message, so depress DELETE!

I have been getting them also, saying that it is a serious matter and that I need to call. I think that if its legal they should mail us something through mail validating the matter. I never give my information out over the phone.

I don't appreciate getting a text message from a bill collector POSING as an attorney!!! I have an unlimited text plan with my current service, but what about people who don't??? Is that even legal???? A**holes!!!!

These people are so annoying, they've been calling me and texting me as it if was some sort of criminal matter...they even called a friend of mine and she got scared....but the weird thing is that when this particular woman who called me, she wouldn't give me any information about a civil matter unless I gave her my personal information, such as my social security number....unreal, the last time she called me I was upset and told her off...she tried to intimidate me by saying she was calling from this NATIONAL ATTORNEY'S OFFICE, but I said to her, don't  freaking call me anymore and then she said, I will send you a subpoena to go to court and I said, yes, please do that....

I've been receiving calls from Alexis Torres from National Attorney.... 855-525-0900 ext. 278 they also sent me a few messages stated "URGENT MATTER".....this woman is so annoying...she had also called relatives....she is very intimidating, but I know, it's not legal to be calling people and be telling them, that they will take them to court....

These people are very annoying and love to harass. Something legal need to be done to stop this madness!!

yes there are great possibilitiesoflegal actions as well as it appearing on tou credit report and being put in the chex systems

I'm only writing to add one more complaint to these people.   Constant text messages, posing as attorneys, threatening legal actions.  Welcome to the free world where people can do anything they want to harrass you and you can't do anything to stop them.

Three things things you can do:

First--forward the texts to 7726. It will be investigated and blocked by your cell phone carrier.

Second--File a complaint with the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ and to the FCC:
http://www.fcc.gov/complaints

Third--send them a cease communication letter VIA certified mail with return receipt requested warning them if the calls do not stop, you will file suit against them for harassment.

Someone is calling posing as an attourney

Someone from this # keeps calling and harrassing, and texting...for something we know nothing about. It needs to stop.
